About Us

The International Youth Cultural Exchange Organization (IYCEO) was founded in June 2024. Through a variety of activities and projects — including writing, exhibitions, dialogues, surveys, cultural education, translation, and book clubs — IYCEO aims to promote creativity and cross-cultural exchange among young people around the world in the fields of literature, art, and philosophy. We are committed to providing an international and cross-regional platform for youth collaboration, guided by the values of freedom, equality, innovation, and respect. Our mission is to share the stories and experiences of students across the globe, fostering deeper intercultural understanding and connection.

We welcome high school and university students worldwide to join IYCEO. Any student interested in culture, art, or philosophy can apply through our official website or social media platforms. Applicants will go through an initial review and an interview. Once accepted, members can participate in a wide range of projects and activities organized by IYCEO.

Join us, and let’s build bridges across cultures with our energy and imagination, working together toward a more diverse, inclusive, and collaborative world!

Our Goals...

1. Foster critical thinking and leadership: empower young people to develop their critical thinking, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
2. Share global stories: encourage students from around the world to share their personal experiences, showcasing diverse cultural backgrounds and ways of life.
3. Create an interactive platform: provide a space for youth to engage in meaningful cultural exchange and broaden their perspectives.

Online Thematic Discussions

We host regular discussion sessions where students from different countries share and explore topics in literature, art, and philosophy.

Social Observation and Research

We document the entire process of team-building and project planning through media such as videos, magazines, and presentations -- exploring how to build a non-profit organization from scratch and ensure its effective operation.

Social Media Outreach

We share our work creatively across social media platforms, using innovative and engaging methods to reach wider audiences and expand our impact.

Diverse Offline Events

We encourage member creativity and organize a variety of in-person activities, including but not limited to: dialogues with cultural heritage practitioners, artists, and influencers; book discussions; art exhibitions; debates; group film screenings; cultural field studies; and volunteer projects.
